MEP Coordinator

SUMMARY
We are hiring MEP Coordinators to bring building services models and designs together across disciplines. You will resolve clashes, manage coordination and make sure installations can be built right first time.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate MEP services models and drawings with architectural and structural designs
• Run clash detection and resolve conflicts
• Produce coordinated installation and builders work drawings
• Manage coordination meetings and action tracking
• Maintain and update BIM models to LOD requirements
• Review subcontractor models and shop drawings
• Prepare sleeve, penetration and containment drawings
• Support site teams with installation queries

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Experience in MEP coordination on London projects
• Strong understanding of building services systems and routing
• Background as an MEP designer, draughtsperson or engineer
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication with design and site teams
• Able to manage several projects at once
• Comfortable chairing coordination meetings
• Full right to work in the UK

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
• HNC/HND or degree in a relevant discipline
• BIM certification such as ISO 19650 (desirable)
• CIBSE or IET membership (desirable)
• Autodesk Revit certification (desirable)
• Valid CSCS card (desirable)
• Knowledge of COBie and handover data standards
• Evidence of ongoing CPD
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)

• Revit MEP and Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• Clash detection and resolution
• Builders work and sleeve coordination
• Level of Development (LOD) requirements
• ISO 19650 awareness
• Dynamo (desirable)
• Document and drawing control
